Transmission electron microscope

The transmission electron microscope (TEM) enables observation and evaluation of fine structures. We can make a high-precision thin sample for TEM observation and observe sub-nano order structures with advanced TEM observation technology. We also analyze and evaluate with TEM images and local elemental analysis using EDX.
